Wuddup, this is davO with the report for Wednesday afternoon at 1:00pm.
1-2 ft - knee to thigh high and poor+ conditions.
PM REGIONAL OVERVIEW:This afternoon the surf is on the continued decline as we have very tiny and weak W windswell and SW swell in the water. Expect peaky and scattered lines in the ankle-plus zone for most spots, while the better breaks pull in an occasional thigh to waist high set. Looking a bit crumbly due to med-high tides and onshore winds.
This Morning's Dawn Patrol: Inconsistent sets at the better breaks. Clean, tiny, peaky lines with some scattered and workable ends. Slows on the mid-day high tide.
Partly cloudy skies and light to moderate W winds in the afternoon.
This morning there's a small scale mix of fading old WNW(280-300+) groundswell and little SSW pulse, with waves mainly in the knee-waist high zone, Light offshore winds for clean conditions through the morning turn light onshore in the afternoon.
THURSDAY: Minimal mix of WNW and SSW swells for small ankle-knee-waist high surf most of the day. New WNW swell starts to build late in the day, after dark.
Winds: Light N/NW winds in the morning, building 10-12kts over the afternoon.
