Wuddup, this is davO with the report for Wednesday afternoon at 1:00pm. 2-3 ft - knee to waist high and poor-fair conditions.
PM REGIONAL OVERVIEW: This afternoon we are seeing semi-clean lines coming through most of the spots throughout the region running in the waist high plus zone on sets-while standout breaks pull in occasional chest high sets. Winds are light onshore and are not really making much texture if any in most areas. The dropping tide should make it a bit more consistent and more hollow into the evening hours.
This Morning's Dawn Patrol: Clean and mainly dumpy lines breaking close in, with a few quick corners.
Light offshores early turn light W in the afternoon. This morning there's a WNW(285-300) groundswell mix setting up knee-waist high plus waves for well exposed spots while other areas are weaker. Light winds for clean condtions now, light + onshores this afternoon. The tide is climbing to a 4.7' high around 11:30am. THURSDAY: A 4.1’ high tide around 12:30pm will slow things down a bit midday. Mainly old WNW swell early for inconsistent knee-waist high sets at standouts. Look for a few better sets through the afternoon as the tide drops and a new WNW swell fills in. Wind: Light/moderate NE early, turning light W/SW around 5kts for the afternoon.
